Elemental Herbs All Good Goop

Growing up, my family practiced using herbs and healing salves to help with ailments such as headaches to arthritis and even insect bites. These salves were such a part of our healing kit, I have childhood memories of my grandmothers smelling like white flower oil or that of tiger balm (they used these ointments for everything!).

All Good Goop is the modern day version of the all-purpose healing balm minus the medicinal scent. It’s refreshing to find a product with restorative capabilities without having to smell like menthol and camphor. With organic extra virgin olive oil as the moisturizing base, this healing balm has been my perfect remedy for long lasting lip hydration, soothing dry or irritated skin, minor cuts and bug bites.

The balm enlists the therapeutic botanicals of Calendula, Comfrey and Lavender giving it a light and uplifting bloomy air of Lavender. The balm itself has a nice texture, not oily or heavy like petrolatum. When using as a lip balm, it softens lips while leaving a nice sheen.

My additional uses:

Dry skin 

• Softened my skin without staining clothes.

Cuts

• When treating my 2 minor cuts, I found my cuts scabbing the very next day after applying the balm the night before.

Insect bites

• Soothed my super itchy mosquito bites, making them less itchy and hence made me scratch less.

Other 

• Applied to my inflamed, puffy, itchy earlobe, resulting from nickel allergy from earring wear. Reduced symptoms overnight. Normally, this reaction resolves itself anywhere from 7-14 days. Yes amazing, my thoughts exactly!

It’s no wonder this product had so many requests from Caroline the owner and became the first Elemental Herbs product.
