Elemental Herbs All Good Lips Coconut SPF Lip Balm has become a favorite rave of mine. Previous lip balms containing SPF in the form of zinc and titanium oxide were too thick, pasty or just plain sticky; both provoking the thought, “I don’t wanna use this!”

The lip balm has a soft, creamy texture that makes it easy to apply without feeling tacky or pasty. Nothing turns me off from using a product more than a sticky, lip smacking feeling. Along with the smooth, moisturizing texture, this lip balm has a lovely warm coconut scent. The formula includes zinc oxide (8%) which offers broad spectrum UVA + UVB coverage. If coconut isn’t up your alley of favorite scents, Elemental Herbs offers an unscented version as well.

As with all of our lip balms the base ingredients are Organic Beeswax and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil which provide that soft, smooth feel that you desire. Additionally we have added 8% Zinc Oxide for an extra layer of protection. So, if you are on the beach, heading down the slopes or just taking a hike - our SPF20 formula has you protected. Safe for children of all ages, blocks both UVA and UVB rays while deeply moisturizing your lips and protecting them from the sun.

After 4 weeks of use, I love this lip balm! It’s perfect for daily walks, hikes, the beach, 365 days of the year. It goes on so smooth, you can hardly tell it different from regular lip balm. Although not labelled water resistant, I still vote this lip SPF number 1 on my lip sun protection list for its formulation, ingredients and ease of use.

Remember, sunscreen should be regarded as just one component of sun protection practices. Other methods include avoiding midday sun, the use of wide brimmed hats, long sleeve clothing, UV protective eyewear and sun protective clothing.
