rare Essence - Bujari Perfume

After inhaling for the first time, (this) Bujari perfume, I immediately felt a sense of calm and intrigue. I felt taken by surprise because I hadn’t shopped for scents or perfumes in quite some time… years even. Perhaps it was the time lapse factor but I felt an emotional response to the scent, even before knowing what was in the perfume. The aromas gave me a sense of inner peace, happiness and I felt uplifted.

The name Bujari, pronounced Boo-ZHAR-ee means gentle, kind and generous in Albanian. Each of the 9 rare Essence perfumes are given names to hearten the spirit. The scent notes in Bujari are warm, sensual, sweet, mystical and a bit of spicy floral.

These notes are due to the inclusion of Rose Absolute, Genet Absolute, Frankincense and Tonka Bean.**

To the above notes, F.E.S flower essences are added to create that final mystical blend to inspire strength and purpose.

What are flower essences?

Flower essences are herbal infusions made from the flowering part of the plant, which uniquely address emotional and mental aspects of wellness. The F.E.S. website describe Flower essences to be the energetic imprints of the life force of plants which interact with these subtle bodies of the human being, and evoke specific qualities within us. Flower essences are created simply via solar infusing flowers and preserving them in biodynamic brandy. They are used with the intent of reducing stress, enhance spiritual mood, strengthen will and inspire creativity.

Did the serenity I sensed have anything to do with the vibrational energy from the flowers? Perhaps. Perhaps, in order to create strength and purpose, a sense of calm is required, which is what the perfume created for me.

When using the spray atomizer, 2 sprays on the inner wrist offers a strong scent that lasts hours yet not over powering like some artificially made fragrances can be. I totally dislike over pungent scents which in turn give me a headache. We've all experienced the reeking smell of someone's perfume upon their entering an elevator or sitting down next to you on the train....

If you are looking for a lighter scent, consider using the roll on perfume which uses organic jojoba oil. It comes in a 10ml glass roll-on bottle, perfect for throwing in the bag for an anytime touch up (the roll on's my favorite).
